According to a previous document of inheritance and settlement, a house located in the Sang-i Siyah neighborhood of Shiraz, including the yard, trees, a well, and a kitchen, had been transferred from Mulla Lutf Allah, the son of the late Mulla Fazl‘ali, to his wife, Bibi Husná Jan, and his two daughters, Bibi Mah Tal‘at and Bibi Jiliyyah. Request for testimony regarding inheritance
Mirza Muhammad Rahim requests testimony on the following: that four-sixths of a house, located in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood [Shiraz], belonged to the late Hajiyah Khanum Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ‘Ali Sayyid Mirzayi, and her inheritors are Mirza Muhammad Rahim and his sister (on his mother's side), Shams Hajiyah, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Abd Allah. The house is currently in Mirza Muhammad Rahim's possession. On the margin seven people have testified.

Claim of Karbalayi Ahmad (son of Karbalayi Mahmud Haddad [the Ironsmith]), Hajiyah Sultan (wife of Karbalayi Mahmud), and Fatimah Sultan (wife of Haji Ghulam Riza Bazzaz [the draper] from Shiraz) against Mashhadi ‘Ali Baqqal [the grocer] (son of ‘Ali Akbar), whose attorney is Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, over his debt of six tumans; Mashhadi ‘Ali Baqqal's attorney denies this debt, and they decide to settle the case.

Petition written by Haji Muhammadi, Karbalayi Muhammad Karim, Karbalayi Jalil [Khalil?], and Agha Bibi, children of the late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far Razzaz [the rice dealer], to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa-yi Haji, prayer-leader of Fars, in order to resolve the issue of their father's inheritance; now that their oldest brother, Karbalayi ‘Ali, is also deceased, their other brother, Karbalayi Majid, has falsely claimed the ownership of their father’s stable, rice selling store, and bakery.
